  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to stop. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • Automatic Payment Processing: Clients are encouraged to store their payment information securely in our system to facilitate smooth and efficient billing cycles.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe. The accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Order Fulfillment

  • Consultation Scheduling: Once the service is purchased, clients hop on weekly calls with their coach or consultant immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Service Delivery: Services are rendered online via secure platforms that facilitate video conferencing, document sharing, and real-time communication.

  • Timelines: The expected timeline for each type of consultation and service is clearly stated during the booking process.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any orders.

  • Cancellation Policy: As all sales are final, cancellations are not permitted. Please make sure to review your schedule and availability before purchasing.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for showing up to all scheduled calls.
